TIRED OF WRITING CHECKS EVERY MONTH?

You can have your monthly electric bill deducted from a checking account, savings account, or your credit card. The service is free. 

  • What is AutoPay? - An automated payment program that pays your monthly electric bill from the financial institution and account of your choice—checking, savings or your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
  • How does it work? - You will receive your bill on a monthly basis as usual. It will show the amount due and will be marked "Bank Draft. Do Not Pay." You'll have time to contact us with any questions you might have about your bill. Then the amount due will be drafted from your account one to three days before the bill's due date.
  • Can I cancel AutoPay? - Absolutely! If you're not pleased with the plan, just provide Hendricks Power with a written cancellation notice. We'll process your request within 10 days of receiving it.
  • How do I sign up for AutoPay? Log in to your account on Smart Hub to set up this payment option. 


*If you have a billing statement due when you sign-up, AutoPay will not be effective until the following month. Please initiate payment for the current statement.*
