The Youth Power and Hope Awards program honors Indiana students in fifth through eighth grades who are leaders in their communities. Past winners have raised funds and collected donations for Riley Hospital for Children, started a coat drive for the less fortunate, raised funds to cure diabetes, and developed a program to provide police officers with stuffed animals to comfort children in crises and much more! Could a community-minded youth you know be one of our next winners? Encourage him/her to apply!
All entries will be judged and five winners will be selected. Winners will be contacted in early November. Winners will receive $500 and be featured in an upcoming issue of Indiana Connection!
