You'll receive your bill on a monthly basis as usual. It will show the amount due and will be marked "Bank Draft: Do Not Pay." You’ll have time to contact us with any questions you might have about your bill. Then the amount due will be drafted from your account one to three days before the bill’s due date. What is EZ Power Pay?

An automated payment program that pays your monthly electric bill from the financial institution and account of your choice--checking, savings or your Visa or MasterCard credit card. And EZ Power Pay is a free service from Hendricks Power!

Can I cancel EZ Power Pay?

Absolutely! If you're not pleased with the plan, just provide Hendricks Power with a written cancellation notice. We'll process your request within 10 days of receiving it.
