With the budget billing program, you’ll be charged a fixed amount each month, based on your average consumption for the year. Customers must be on Hendricks Power lines for at least 12 months and have a $0 balance on their account to qualify. The Budget Amount is readjusted quarterly based on the last 12 months of usage. Usually the amount is readjusted less than $5 in either direction.
